There is a Famous Saying "WELL BEGAN IS HALF DONE"
Every time the first day of the academic session is considered as a new start for both Teachers as well as for the students.....
Students get ready with new note books, school bags, lunch box, new uniform an so on but the most important thing they have some mixed feelings of fear and excitement.
A good teacher always understand the situation of student and should try to provide a comfort zone......
Here I am writing some observation regarding a good start of academic session....

- Never start teaching from the very first day
- Discuss the annual plans
- Discuss about their plans
- Discuss overall about their subjects
- Counselling for the self Motivation and Self study
- Represent yourself with a smiling face
- Create a Humour but in controlled manner
- Explain the importance of Discipline
- Show the any inspirational Movie or anything else
- Explain the Importance of Time management
and you can add more for developing an Healthy Environment.
FOR CONSTRUCTING A STRONG BUILDING STRONG FOUNDATION IS REQUIRED- this is the first day of your academic session.
